01. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Student", "Client", or "You") and Tamil Business Tribe ("TBT", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing our website, applying through our survey funnels, purchasing or participating in our 90-Day E-Commerce Growth Mentorship program, live cohorts, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access our website or apply for our mentorship programs.

02. Eligibility & Admission

Tamil Business Tribe's 90-Day Mentorship is an application-based cohort program. Admission is strictly evaluated based on your current business readiness, products or services, operational commitment, and commercial fit. We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our sole professional discretion.

03. Mentorship Services & Curriculum

Upon confirmed enrollment in the 90-Day Mentorship, you receive access to:

• Weekly live cohort coaching and mastermind execution workshops.
• Direct personalized audits for Meta Ads campaigns, creative funnels, and Shopify store architecture.
• Proprietary growth SOPs, spreadsheets, AI workflow prompts, and unit economics frameworks.
• Access to specialized managers across ads, content, store development, and automation.
• Student portal access containing HD session recordings and documentation.

04. Strict No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note the following terms regarding fees and billing:

• Once payment is made, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or fee transfers will be entertained for change of mind, lack of time, inability to attend live sessions, or failure to execute action items.
• All live sessions are recorded and made available in the student portal, ensuring continuous self-paced access if you miss any scheduled weekend session.
• Please apply and enroll only if you are fully committed to investing the required time, ad budget, and effort into scaling your business.

05. Intellectual Property Rights

All training curriculum, video recordings, presentation slides, SOPs, frameworks, calculators, copy templates, and system blueprints provided by Tamil Business Tribe are our exclusive intellectual property protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for your own internal business growth.
• You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, sublicensing, selling, publicly sharing, or recreating our materials for third-party commercial training or coaching.

06. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Any case studies, student testimonials, revenue screenshots, or performance examples shared on our website (including Meta Ads dashboards and student store numbers) represent actual past results achieved by specific entrepreneurs under tailored operational conditions. They are illustrative examples of what is possible through structured execution.

We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue figures, or ROAS multiples. Your individual business outcomes depend on your product-market fit, unit economics, market demand, advertising budget, operational speed, and dedication to executing the systems taught.

07. Code of Conduct & Termination

We maintain a high-trust, respectful environment within our mastermind community. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to our community, portal, and sessions without refund if a member engages in harassment, unauthorized solicitation of fellow members, intellectual property infringement, or disruptive behavior.

08. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
